News channels in India which have mushroomed in last few years, were on
a rampage this week, covering "chote Sarkar ki shadi". The speculations were on for months and all channels were in top gear discussing different aspects of AbhiAish's weddings.

Starting from the much touted manglik status of Aish, Aish's changing partners based on their box office status, Abhishek's affairs with his co stars, Amitabh's objections ... the media had it all.

The 24*7 news channels, have to create news to sustain and survive. In that quest, AbhiAish's wedding provided them with a perfect setting, to thrive upon for weeks. What guests would make up the list of invitees, really became part of news rooms discussions !

All limits were crossed in last 2 days, as news channels made us witness India's first live wedding. This also gives chance to a lot of media savvy people to get 15 minute fame. Consider Jhanavi Kapoor for an example.
